The killer apparently shot himself early Sunday after shooting two others in the parking of a North San Jose apartment complex.

The separate killings were the city's ninth and 10th homicides of the year.

Police said the four San Jose residents were responsible for the brutal bloodbath outside the popular South Capitol Avenue restaurant that terrorized an East San Jose neighborhood. Two men were killed and four injured in the shooting, which remained unsolved until last week’s arrests.

Multiple injuries and multiple fatalities were reported today in an early morning mass shooting by a lone gunman at the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority maintenance yard on Younger Ave. in San Jose. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office reported at 8:08am via Twitter that “shooter is down” in the incident Wednesday morning.
