Sunnyvale police said Brian Burke drove drunk the wrong way down a Sunnyvale highway earlier this month and killed a 52-year-old Mountain View woman on her way home from work.

Vincent Thayer of San Jose and Sevendik Huseynov of Sunnyvale were allegedly involved in more than $205 million in fraudulent claims, among 324 defendants whose fraudulent and illegal schemes resulted in $14.6 billion in false billings.

The suspects, from San Jose, Sunnyvale, Fremont and Oakland, used social media applications earlier this month believing they were communicating with a juvenile under 14 years of age, according to police.
