One of the murder victims had left a chilling message on Facebook one day before his body was found, identifying the man who would be arrested for his murder.

One victim left a chilling Facebook post the day before his body was found next to his friend in a pickup truck. Both men were shot to death, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner.

Jairon Escobar, owner and operator of Radiator & Body Parts in San Jose, was charged with jacking up an insurance damage estimate on a “newly purchased” bait car with a single dent to include thousands in damages that did not exist.

The officer, who was not identified, reported that he was not injured when his personal vehicle was struck at least one time by gun fire on Highway 101 near Route 85.

The California Highway Patrol still impounds thousands of unlicensed drivers’ cars for 30 days, despite a 2017 federal court ruling calling the holds unconstitutional.

Body-worn camera footage and 9-1-1 audio of David Lopez will be released to the public once it is “evaluated and processed.”

The injury collision involved a tractor trailer and at least one other vehicle near the Hacienda Drive offramp, CHP said.

The man had previously been cited “for similar behavior” on April 27, the California Highway Patrol said.

There are no suspects identified yet in either shooting, police said, asking anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit.

Ambulances rushed to the scene, where paramedics carted away at least one person in a gurney.
