Joseph Vicencio was charged today with three murder counts, in the shooting deaths of his ex-girlfriend and her two friends in South San Jose early Tuesday. Two witnesses told police he admitted he was the killer.

When San Jose police officers with the Metro and Violent Crimes Enforcement Teams served a fentanyl-related search warrant at an unhoused encampment in south San Jose on Sunday, they discovered a big haul of cash and illegal drugs.
