Jurors in the U.S. District Court in San Jose rejected claims by the widow of Jacob Dominguez that San Jose Police Officer Michael Pina had violated the shooting victim's Fourth and 14th Amendment rights.

The congresswoman joined 22 of her colleagues in demanding answers about government surveillance of peaceful protesters.
