Joseph Vicencio was arrested late Wednesday afternoon for the fatal shooting of two women and one man at a residence near Martial Cottle Park.

Roberto Rivera, 50, of San Jose, died from multiple gunshot wounds Monday morning at a local hospital. An adult male who had been shot by Rivera remained in critical condition.
