Federal authorities accuse three men and their companies of evading payment of more than $109 million in anti-dumping duties imposed on quartz surface products, wooden cabinets and vanities and ceramic tiles manufactured in the People’s Republic of China and distributed out of showrooms in San Jose, San Francisco and Hayward.
